Self Care
Self care is one of the most important activities we can spend our time doing. When we have taken care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of others and accomplish what we set out to do. When we neglect ourselves, we will find ourselves burnt out, unmotivated and unable to do as we want. While a lot of people think self care is just sitting at home in the bath with a good book and a few candles burning, but it doesn't look like that for every person, and that may only fulfill one aspect of your self care. Below you will find ideas/resources to take care of your whole self!
